Yes certainly..."don't go out without the Chilli!" We pack our Just Thai Chilli® into small light weight plastic PVC bottles approximately 4" [10 cm] in height and 1.5" [4 cm] wide enabling the bottle to be easily placed in a pocket,handbag or rucksack. [Incidentally the light weight bottle also enables our customers to benefit from reduced delivery charges.]
Can Just Thai Chilli® be used on any food?
Yes. We recommend you sprinkle your Just Thai Chilli® on your food of choice. Our pourer enables you to add 'a lot or not' according to taste.
How hot is Just Thai Chilli®?
Our product is independently tested using the International Scoville Organoleptic Test. This is a test designed to measure the level of capsaicin contained in Chilli seeds and pods. Chromatography is used to give an accurate indication of Scoville units[named after the first person to devise a test for capsaicin early in the 20th century.] Under this test our Just Thai Chilli® is rated at between 51,000 - 54,000 Scoville units which makes it hot to very hot but as our Just Thai Chilli® is a sprinkle on product you can add more or less according to taste.

At present we pack 30gms of Just Thai Chilli® in a bottle.
What are the names of the preservatives and additives that are found in Just Thai Chilli®?
We are particularly keen to point out that we do not add any preservatives or additives to our Just Thai Chilli®
What part of the Chilli plant do you use in Just Thai Chilli®?
We use only the seed pod and the seeds. We do not use the Chilli stalk or stem as this only adds unecessary weight to the product without any corresponding increase in taste.
My country has Customs import regulations. What does your company do to comply with import regulations?
In order to maintain our Company's international reputation we employ a strict policy with regard to Customs authorities and declare in full the contents of all our products sent to you our valued customer. In addition each bottle has our full address, contact telephone number, batch number and date of expiry. Could we please ask for your kind understanding in appreciating that in complying with Customs regulations your order may sometimes take a little longer to be delivered to you.

Due to very high demand and our determination to supply the very best standard of our product our delivery times are currently 10 days to 6 weeks depending on your location.
